Pasquale Iocola has a doctorate in Electronic Engineering from the University of Naples in Italy. For his thesis he was assigned to a research on CASE and software methodology sponsored by the Italian research institute ENEA

After working for 5 years at "ENEA" , he started his career as consultant for CASE tools and methodology leading several projects in Italy. His first international project was for the development of a Management Information System for a steel factory in Iran. This started a long career as International consultant that led to many projects conducted in North America, Venezuela and Columbia. 

He has been speaker in conferences in many countries on the subjects of methodology, software reengineering and information system strategies. He is fluent in several languages.

Based upon the experience gained he formed Synerginc Corporation. The company's goal is to bring proven information technology strategies to companies worldwide. Synerginc is a provider of methodologies, tools, and training to help senior software developers leverage their talents across business enterprises.
